Elopement Photo and Video: Taylor & Cody on the Oregon Coast

I was delighted when Taylor & Cody reached out to book my elopement photo and video package just months before their wedding in Cannon Beach, Oregon. When their original photographer bailed on them, I was more than happy to swoop in and save the day! This absolute GEM of a couple booked Sabrina Fitz Photo & Film (then Lilli Productions) for both Photography and Videography. Also, they added my 35mm film photo add-on! The final result is GLORIOUS.

Allow me to take you on a journey of this simple and sweet Oregon Coast micro-wedding near Cannon Beach.

First things first, let me drop their Oregon Coast Elopement Video:

PS: Guess what!? THIS IS JUST THEIR TEASER/SOCIAL MEDIA FILM! To view the full elopement film gallery (and watch the glorious 14 minutes & 44 seconds of Oregon Elopement Videography magic) head to this link: https://galleries.vidflow.co/yjhi6po0

Their love shines so brightly and I loved how focused they were on each other. It made capturing their elopement photo and video easy and fun!

We started the day getting ready at the most EPIC beachfront property in Cannon Beach proper. Taylor had the CUTEST floral embroidered shoes and her getting-ready group of gals was a hoot! I just loved all the little details that felt so unique to this couple.

Taylor & Cody’s Elopement Story through Photos:

After Taylor Cody were dressed to the nines and ready to see each other for the first time, we were off to Ecola State Park. I love implementing a first look into an elopement timeline! First looks are the perfect opportunity for a low-key reveal of wedding day fits. I also love to encourage couples to exchange their private vows after their first look, if they are planning a larger ceremony and don’t want to read in front of everyone!

Taylor and Cody’s immense love comes through each and every photo. And their JOY. They were so happy to just be together and I couldn’t stop smiling behind the camera! We took our time and enjoyed every moment. Nothing was rushed. Everything was so special. I’m so honored and lucky that they chose me to capture their elopement photo and video

Anyway, without further delay, we’re off to the next part of the day: the ceremony at Hug Point. Taylor and Cody invited their closest family and friends to take part in their coastal micro wedding and chose to have their ceremony on the beach at Hug Point, Oregon.

After a teary-eyed ceremony, complete with a vow and ring exchange and champagne toast, Taylor and Cody’s family shared some sweet toasts before their first dance on the beach. Is there anything dreamier that this mini “reception” on the glorious Oregon Coast?

After toasts and a first dance, it was time for my favorite hour of the day: golden hour! While this overcast coastal day didn’t actually bless us with a golden sunset, we still had a blast capturing their romantic portraits on the beach.

Gorgeous Moody Coastal Portraits:

After the fog rolled in and the sun officially set, we ended the night with a delicious dinner provided by a private chef! Taylor and Cody were so sweet and included me and my associate into their dinner – so we got to enjoy all the delicious meals and felt so grateful to have met these two.
